1. About AIPrinter

By using AIPrinter, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Service Description

AIPrinter is a ChatGPT app that allows users to design custom products using AI-generated images and order them for physical delivery. The product design and ordering experience takes place inside ChatGPT. This website serves as the marketing and information hub for AIPrinter.

3. Order Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled by Prodigi, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Orders are subject to Prodigi's fulfillment terms, production timelines, and shipping policies. AIPrinter does not directly handle printing, shipping, or physical product quality.

4. Refunds and Returns

Refund and return policies follow Prodigi's standard policy. Since products are custom-made to order, returns are generally only accepted for defective or damaged items. Contact us at hello@aiprinter.io if you receive a defective product.

5. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the designs you create using AIPrinter. You must not create designs that:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary rights
  • Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination

AIPrinter reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Designs created through AIPrinter using AI are subject to the terms of the AI model provider (OpenAI). You retain usage rights to designs you create for personal and commercial purposes, subject to OpenAI's usage policies.

7. Service Availability

AIPrinter is provided "as is" during the launch period. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPrinter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AIPrinter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
