2. Service Description
AIPrinter is a web application that allows users to design custom products using AI-generated images and order them for physical delivery. The product design and ordering experience takes place directly on this website (aiprinter.io), which also serves as the marketing and information hub for AIPrinter.
3. Geographic Availability and Delivery
We currently deliver to: United Kingdom. Delivery times vary by location and product type. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and are subject to the fulfilment provider's standard timelines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Order Fulfilment
All orders are fulfilled by Prodigi, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Orders are subject to Prodigi's fulfilment terms, production timelines, and shipping policies. AIPrinter does not directly handle printing, shipping, or physical production of products.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed at the time of order placement using the payment methods available via Stripe or as otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)
UK/EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel most purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. However, custom-made products are exempt from this right.
Since all AIPrinter products are custom-made to your specifications, you cannot cancel your order once production has begun, unless the product is defective or not as described.
7. Defective Products and Consumer Guarantees
Under UK/EU consumer law, products must be:
- As described
- Fit for purpose
- Of satisfactory quality
If your product is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement. You must report defects within 30 days of receipt by contacting us at aiprinter@wamma.io with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the defect or damage
- A description of the problem
We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or your evidence of the defect, whichever is sooner.
8. User-Generated Content and Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the designs you create using AIPrinter. You must not create designs that:
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others (including copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary rights)
- Contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
- Promote violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
AIPrinter reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that violates these guidelines. You agree to indemnify and hold AIPrinter harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or content you create.
9. Intellectual Property in Your Designs
Designs created through AIPrinter using AI are subject to the terms of the AI model provider (Gemini). You retain usage rights to designs you create for personal and commercial purposes, subject to Google's usage policies and provided you have not infringed any third-party rights. AIPrinter claims no ownership of your designs.
10. Service Availability and Modifications
AIPrinter is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date

Continued use of AIPrinter after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the service.
